our people are thriving. store manager’s have experienced new layers of development that have enriched their leadership capabilities, unlocked previously unexplored areas of themselves, and inspired and energized them a new way. the ISW is the go-to region for pilots, SM stretch assignments and inspiration around community innovation. our bench is stacked, our team’s are always developing, we are pushing the boundaries, and most of all, we are FUN.

our guest experience is one-of-a-kind.  we’ve spent a lot of time in the past year focused on what guest connection and service look like. store managers have been freed up to spend more time with their team on the floor developing and paving the way. every educator is a natural connector and offers tailored education to the guests.  it’s clear that the educators are engaged, acknowledged and inspired daily because they  show up as joyful, fierce and fun 100% of the time. our educators have created our stores to be the place for guests to feel welcomed, taken care of, and important. we offer a new breed of service and this keeps our guests coming back for more.

we see no limits. every experience created for our communities is built from possibility and passion. we leverage the individual passions and strengths from the region to put together un-imagined experience for influencers, ambassadors, and pioneers alike. we’ve stayed close to our core and remained grassroots.  lululemon is a common topic of conversation in the community as we are creating waves and raising our vibration through our community initiatives that support social issues and spiritual awakenings. as more and more people engage with us both in-store and out-of-store, they gain a new found emotional connection to our brand, our purpose and our people.
